Position Summary: Under the direction of Marketing Leadership, the Manager, Production & Traffic oversees all marketing production operations, inventory management, vendor coordination, and asset workflow management to ensure the seamless execution of mail campaigns, print production, branded merchandise fulfillment, warehouse logistics, and cost tracking. This role leads the team responsible for daily production and traffic activities, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and brand standards, while maintaining operational efficiency, financial accountability, and strong cross-functional alignment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while handling additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.
