Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Strategy & Leadership: - Develop and execute a long-term IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with business and aerospace program objectives - Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, system administrators, and network specialists - Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT capabilities with operational and strategic goals - Drive continuous improvement initiatives for performance, reliability, and cost optimization Systems & Network Management: - Oversee design, deployment, and maintenance of Data centers (on-prem and cloud/hybrid environments); Enterprise networks (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN); Server infrastructure (Windows/Linux, virtualization platforms) and storage and backup solutions - Ensure high system availability and disaster recovery readiness Cybersecurity & Compliance: - Partner with cybersecurity teams to enforce security best practices and policies - Ensure compliance with aerospace and regulatory standards (ITAR, NIST / CMMC frameworks, ISO 27001 / AS9100) - Manage risk assessments, audits, and remediation activities Cloud & Digital Transformation: - Lead cloud adoption strategies (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments) -...
