Job description

Purpose: Responsible for supporting and executing the overall activities of DC operations by closely managing 3PL performance, ensuring service excellence, and contributing to cost control and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Satisfaction;Ensure high service levels through effective daily operations and on-time delivery. - Cost Efficiency;Support cost control and efficiency improvements through data analysis and optimization. - Operational Excellence;Improve warehouse processes, productivity, and inventory accuracy. - Regulatory Compliance;Ensure compliance with company standards, audits, and local regulations.
