Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Services/ Housekeeping Manager for Capital Health - Pennington Division, located in Pennington, New Jersey . Capital is a 300 bed facility. This position will manage staff for Environmental Services, Patient Transport and Linen Distribution. This is a 2nd shift position with some weekends as business needs dictate (3:00pm-11:30pm) overseeing a team of 35. This positions will report directly into the Operations Manager on-site. What You'll Do: - be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores; - provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff - lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives; - effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or - support an inclusive workforce.
