Job Title Occupancy Planner Job Description Summary: The Occupancy Planner’s primary focus is to oversee and provide tactical occupancy planning expertise in support of supply, capacity, and demand of Client’s portfolio of space in a specific geographic region. The planner will generate space layout options and group reorganization options in response to business needs. Activities will consist of day to day change requests, project space planning and solution development, project support including client relationship manager and project coordination, site strategy support related to space and occupancy analysis, solution outcomes and utilization metrics.
