Our Global Internship Programme in Innovation & Sustainability (#IP2TIS) offers a unique opportunity for passionate individuals to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry while making a positive impact on the world. Do you want to work on impactful projects, shape the future, and drive change from within? As an intern, you will contribute to a project focused on supporting Roche’s Sustainability Strategy through the People pillar, with a specific emphasis on workplace health and well-being. The project aims to assess and strengthen site alignment with the WELL At-Scale Standard, a science-based framework that helps organizations create environments that support human health, well-being, and performance. Within your first 3 months, you are expected to help evaluate the site against the 10 WELL concept areas, support baseline scoring for selected buildings, benchmark results against other Roche or Genentech sites, and contribute to recommendations and reporting for leadership teams.
