Job description

We are looking for a Principal Systems Analyst who will drive the end user experience with your technical competence, initiative, and brokerage knowledge to support our integration products and services. The Expertise You Have: - Bachelor’s Degree required, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technology preferred. - 5+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions - Strong understanding of financial or brokerage industry - Demonstrable experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems Proficiency in: - API technologies: REST, SOAP - Data formats and configuration languages: JSON, YAML - API testing tools: Insomnia, Bruno - SQL and relational databases, Python and scripting - Monitoring tools: Splunk, Datadog - Working knowledge of API authentication models [JWT, 2Way SSL] The Skills and Competencies: - Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to distill complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. - Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities. - Self-...
