As a Business Experience Plan & Admin Advisor within PNC's Performance Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. o Assist in overseeing and supporting the achievement of the metric thresholds on the Technology Scorecard. o Document and present the risk findings while identifying opportunities for process improvement. o Collaborate with team members and the metric owners and present findings on Risk Management calls. o Communicate effectively with peers, President CIO directors, and all levels of leadership. o Independently engage with leadership to monitor and track the status of metrics.
