Job Description Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our Maintenance and Facilities operations team. This role is critical to maintaining the precision tools, fixtures, jigs, and gauges that support our shop manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and longevity of production tooling through preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration activities. Job Description: Avenza Aero Alliance maintenance specialist, reporting to the Facility and Maintenance Leader, will support within the following Maintenance and Repair activities: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing fixtures, jigs, templates, and specialized tooling used in turbine, generator, and energy equipment production Diagnose and troubleshoot tooling failures and implement corrective repairs to maintain/improve safety and minimize production downtime Support shop tool engineers to rebuild, refurbish, and restore worn or damaged fixtures to original specifications Support in troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repair activities on CNC machinery Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation in the computerized mainte...
