Location: Farley, IA DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead a culture of safety within your team, conducting all tasks in a safe manner and complying with Steel Tech Enterprises Safety Policies - Provide leadership to and oversight of the customer service teammates ensuring customer needs are met, relationships with customers remain strong, and the company is successful - Monitor customer forecasts and demand, strive to balance customer needs with available capacity, and proactively address areas of concern - Monitor production schedules and oversee the release of jobs to the shop, ensuring inventory and on-time delivery targets are met - Develop standard operating procedures to improve the department's operating quality and efficiency.
