Overview Small Arms Instructor (JXQN-2026-25182): Bowhead seeks a Small Arms Instructor to support the Weapons Systems Training Branch at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane. Responsibilities: Essential functions will include: - Demonstrate extensive experience in small arms instruction. - Instructor must have strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to meet stringent Government qualification and performance requirements are essential for success. - Instructors are permitted to no more than two (2) negative evaluations per year. - Evaluations are reviewed by the Government within thirty (30) days, and any negative evaluations must be addressed and explained in weekly reports (CDRL A012) - Should an instructor receive more than two (2) negative evaluations within a year, the Government reserves the right to refuse that instructor for continued performance under the contract.
