Job Description: As a Desk Property Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for Homeowners claims. This remote role includes determining coverage and damages, and adjusting and negotiating claims within assigned authority levels. You will manage the full lifecycle of the claim, including supplements, Additional Living Expense, contents, and personal property. Throughout the process, you will provide timely, clear communication to customers, keeping them informed as their claim progresses. We are seeking an experienced Property Adjuster with proficiency in Xactimate and a strong foundation in claims handling, including supplements and full claim ownership.
