Your role: As part of the Holding & Central Functions HR team (around 20 people) and reporting to the HR Director, you will play a key role in managing Compensation & Benefits. You will support a population of approximately 1,000 employees , including top management , in an international environment mainly spread across Paris, Amsterdam, Bucharest , and other European locations. As a trusted business partner , you will act as a key point of contact for executive management and other support functions (Finance, Risk, etc.). You will also work closely with central teams on projects related to compensation and HR data.
