Key Responsibilities: - Provide an engaging, elevated level of service while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. - Demonstrate full menu knowledge — food, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic offerings — to make recommendations and enhance the guest experience. - Anticipate guest needs, handle inquiries or complaints professionally, and ensure every visit ends on a high note. - Collaborate with the bar, kitchen, and host teams to ensure seamless communication and service flow. - Accurately input orders, process payments, and maintain balanced transactions using the POS system. - Maintain table cleanliness, side work, and setup/breakdown standards before, during, and after service. - Support the team during special events, private di...
