Reports To: Director, Sales Operations: Direct Reports: None: FLSA Status: Exempt (Not eligible for OT) Employment Type: Full time: Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000: Position Overview: The Manager, Sales Administration is responsible for executing strategies and the day-to-day activities that support and enable NSA’s Sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively, driving accelerated revenue growth. Essential Job Functions: Operations - Own and continuously drive the Sales Quote Request (SQR) process, ensuring timely and accurate execution while leading ongoing improvements that modernize and streamline the workflow. - Ensure the coordination and execution of a comprehensive Sales onboarding process. - Ensure efficient, accurate execution of pricing, contract, and rebate administration. - Oversee governance of MAP program. - Regularly update and communicate changes to customer-facing policies. - Evaluate, price, and release all customer sample requests.
