Job description

Overview CVP is seeking a Waitlist & Exception Review Coordinator to join our growing team supporting OPTN. The OPTN Waitlist & Exception Review Coordinator supports the intake, tracking, coordination, and documentation of UNet waitlist modification and exception review processes, including Regional Review Board activities. This role ensures cases are processed accurately, timelines are maintained, and review board operations are supported in a consistent, organized, and compliant manner in alignment with OPTN policies and HRSA requirements. Responsibilities: - Coordinate intake and processing of waitlist modification and exception requests, ensuring completeness and readiness for review - Track and manage case status, timelines, and outcomes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records - Support Regional Review Board operations, including preparation of case materials, coordination of reviews, and documentation of outcomes - Ensure all cases and materials are aligned with OPTN policies, laws, and review requirements - Maintain structured tracking tools to monitor case flow, review timelines, and decision status - Coordinate with Policy Liaisons, analysts, and other contractors to...
