Regular, Full-Time position at Med-Surg in Talihina hospital| Schedule: Could be days, nights, and/or weekends; 3 12-hour shifts one week, and 4 12-hour shifts the next | Pay: $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Certified Nursing Assistant performs custodial tasks and assists with nursing duties in caring for patients. You will observe and report changes in patient conditions and maintain a safe and clean environment. You will report to the Manager. Primary Tasks: Inform RN’s and LPNs of observed symptoms, reactions, changes in conditions of patients and other pertinent observations and information regarding patients related to current nursing diagnoses. Maintain a clean and safe environment. Observe the physiological health status of the patients during admission and throughout the visit. Communicate and develop rapport with patients and families to ensure they are comfortable and that their needs are being met.
