POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Director, Cluster Procurement – EMEA is a senior leadership role responsible for driving procurement excellence across all procurement clusters within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Reporting to the Vice President, Procurement – EMEA, this role plays a critical part in delivering the continent’s procurement strategy across both managed and franchised hotels, advancing sourcing and contracting capabilities, and enhancing overall financial performance. This position acts as a key connector between the Procurement discipline and regional operations leadership, ensuring alignment across a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organization. The role partners closely with Finance, Lodging Products Organization, regional leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver performance-driven solutions that optimize procurement operations and support sustainable business growth.
