Director of Sales Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Minimum Experience: 7+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales management. Location: Mclean, VA ( Hybrid) About the Role: As the Director of Sales Operations , you will be the strategic engine behind our North America and EMEA sales team. You’ll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, ensuring our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams have the tools, processes, and insights they need to scale efficiently. This role requires a blend of high-level strategic thinking—answering the "why"—and hands-on operational excellence—fixing the "how."
