Flight Test Engineering Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Engineering Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Flight Test Engineering (FTE) Manager to join the Boeing Test & Evaluation organization in Seattle, WA , supporting all Boeing Commercial Airplane Programs (BCA). The FTE management team leads a dynamic organization in performing developmental and certification flight testing of Boeing commercial aircraft. Testing is conducted primarily out of Boeing Field in Seattle, as well as occasional remote testing at a variety of domestic and international sites. In this position, you will manage flight test engineering teams and projects, partner with program and functional leaders, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and utilize your effective problem-solving abilities to support our test programs.
