The QA Inspector leads on new government/commercial samples. Knows how to read and interpret work instructions and quality critical points specifications. Writes reports accordingly. Maintains a higher level of communication with the QA supervisor. Knows almost all products produced at GWI. Works with production floor supervisors and sewing operators to motivate, persuade, and retrain sewing operators to eliminate defects. Learn the Exenta and Eton system. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: QA Inspector is qualified to inspect any government or commercial product Learn the inspection process of all government and commercial products Inspect the product for compliance with the quality standard.
