Description Job Summary: Working under the direction of the Clinic Manager, the Clinical Nurse Supervisor will provide oversight to Minidoka Medical Center’s assigned clinical staff. Duties include planning, coordinating, assigning, supervising and managing the work of professional and non-professional nursing personnel engaged in performing nursing services. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Assist surgeons during surgery by performing duties such as vital signs, medication reconciliation, or medical procedures. Perform preoperative and postoperative duties to facilitate patient care.
