The Director Participant Engagement leads a field team of retirement advisers and/or counselors focused on supporting employees of Empower’s clients prepare for a successful retirement by helping them to replace the income they earned while working. This is done through developing and executing upon goals that align to a growth and marketing strategy that maximizes plan participation, assets and the use of Empower Advisory Services and products in an assigned geographic area.
