Overview Reporting to our Americas Emulsion Polymers Business Manager, as our Business Analysis & Strategy Manager, you will utilize a strong strategic mindset, business/financial analysis, team collaboration, and advanced analytics capabilities to create value for the Celanese Vinyls business, including Vinyl Acetate, Emulsion Polymers, and Redispersible Powders products. Responsibilities: - Establish analytical frameworks, conduct complex business analyses, and synthesize into business insights - Understand value chain and enhance Vinyls profitability through optimal global decision making - Support monthly price update and various analyses requests for Vinyl Acetate monomer and Emulsions for the Americas region - Develop commercial acumen through contract methodologies and customer interactions - Develop and assess multiple scenarios for complex contracts via quantitative and qualitative analyses - Assess customer/product pricing on regular basis and identify opportunities to improve margin via reducing price leakages and other levers - Utilize state-of-the-art business analytics and digitization methods to drive next evolution of business insights and decision making - Create e...
