The Echo-Vascular Technologist works under the supervision of the Radiology Manager : Obtains and reviews Echo and Vascular orders; performs examinations; processes images; discharges patients; notifies Radiology Manager of equipment maintenance; remains current in Echo- Vascular techniques; and performs other duties as assigned. This position must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and service appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her area. Employment Type: Full time: Shift: 7:30am-3:30pm: Requirements: - Associates Degree or higher education - Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) - Reg Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographers (R-RDCS) - BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association Performs Echo/Vascular Imaging: Reviews requisitions for diagnosis and examination requested.
