Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite What you will do: Design and develop smart solutions for orthopedic and Trauma applications Drive design excellence and innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional team to lead technical aspects of projects through the new product development process Create detailed technical product specifications and assess functionality for compliance with design requirements Coordinate/manage and oversee project efforts and risks Lead technical aspects of program pipeline Train and mentor (junior) engineers: Key responsibilities include: Drive designs and the selection of platform technologies Coordinate/manage the implementation of innovative and state-of-the-art technologies Work independently with surgeon customers in a user setting, clearly communicate design goals, drive design decisions and incorporate feedback into designs Understand costumer needs and independently develop and establish complex design solutions including modeling, prototyping, technical specification, test planning and execution and design documentation Perform holistic problem analysis, design and implement solutions to address identified problems Specialize in various technology do...
