What is the purpose of the role? To generate sales within the assigned geographical area in order to achieve the revenue targets for Ishida Europe products and services. Primary Responsibilities: What skills are we looking for? To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of technical and engineering products, along with proven experience in a B2B sales environment. You’ll need a solid track record of converting enquiries into confirmed orders and the ability to build and maintain relationships that lead to long-term repeat business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll be expected to confidently convey and absorb complex information. Fluency in both English and German, written and spoken, is a must. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with sales processes and system tools, and capable of navigating structured sales frameworks effectively. The ideal candidate must have a proactive, customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for technical sales.
