You are responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of high-impact features that power the PODS digital experience. You lead by example, balancing high-velocity coding practices with the responsibility of ensuring your team adheres to rigorous standards for performance, scalability, and security. You thrive on solving complex problems, whether it’s optimizing a React/Vite front-end for consumer speed or architecting resilient Kotlin microservices. You are a primary driver of our "test-and-learn" culture, ensuring that every feature is verifiable through robust experimentation frameworks and observable via Datadog.
