POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Director will be responsible for maintaining and growing product sales through all channels, accounts or OEM as assigned and seeking new accounts that will contribute to growth plans. This position will manage certain accounts or territories including the customer base, sales forecast, goals, and assist in annual budgeting. This position will lead, mentor, and inspire collaboration with other directors to support ongoing needs within respective territories. CORE FUNCTIONS: · Maintain healthy relationships with buyers at each customer, while focusing on maintaining/growing sales in each respective channel · Monitor sales trends, maintain product content via retailer portals, and identify product gaps in their portfolio. · Lead lines review processes, including providing direction to supporting team, in order present comprehensive product pitches to realize sales growth goals. · Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align product selection with our channel management strategy. · Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of corporate sales goals a...
