Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Kamloops, BC (Corporate Office) – Hybrid / Remote will be considered Base Rate: $80,000 - $120,000 annually plus an Annual Incentive Plan (Up to $10,000) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or as required to meet business needs About Us: Big Country Equipment is a BC-based heavy equipment repair and maintenance company that works with resource-based customers in the mining, construction, forestry, and oil and gas sectors across Canada.
