Role Summary Urban Outfitters is looking for a Drop Ship Operations Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Drop Ship Program, ensuring seamless coordination across merchandising, operations, technology, and customer service teams. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing a scalable operational framework that supports vendor onboarding, product setup, order management, and vendor compliance. Serve as a proactive project manager with a keen eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence. Role Responsibilities: Vendor Management : Lead onboarding and set up for new drop ship vendors. Maintain and update assortments from existing vendors. Ensure vendor compliance with product data, labeling, packaging, shipping, and billing standards. Communicate vendor performance metrics on a weekly basis. Order & Inventory Management : Oversee the accurate and timely fulfillment of all drop ship orders. Manage inventory returns to distribution centers and retail locations.
