Job description

The Consumer Credit Card Senior Project Manager supports successful execution of initiatives by managing cross-functional workstreams, ensuring accountability from agile and non-agile workstream owners. This role works closely with business, technology, operations, and external partners to help execute projects that support product enhancements, operational improvements, and strategic priorities. The Project Manager operates in a hybrid delivery environment , supporting both agile and non‑agile teams , and contributes to effective planning, communication, and execution across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Execution: - Support planning and execution of projects supporting the Credit Card line of business - Assist in translating business goals into project plans, milestones, and deliverables - Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate as appropriate - Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives Agile & Non‑Agile Team Support: - Partner with agile teams to coordinate sprint activities, releases, and dependencies - Support traditional project delivery tasks such as documentation, testi...
