Sr. Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

Position Summary: The Sr. Manager of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting is a key member of our Finance organization. This position is reporting to our Sr. Accounting Director and is responsible for preparing the Company's filing of various SEC documents such as Form 10K, 10Q, 8K and other ad hoc filings. This role will also be responsible for researching new accounting guidance and the accounting treatment of complex accounting issues and transactions. This role sits within a finance team that actively embraces technology and process improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting fundamentals and a curiosity for how modern tools can make reporting faster and more insightful. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Participate in the preparation of all external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K/10-Q, earnings releases, proxy statement, and other required SEC filings to ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
