Description The Philanthropy Operations & Data Specialist supports the Philanthropy Department by managing donor data, gift processing, reporting, and operational coordination to ensure accurate, timely, and effective fundraising and stewardship efforts. This role serves as the primary administrator of the donor database and provides critical operational, analytical, and administrative support to advance fundraising strategies, donor engagement, and organizational goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve as the primary administrator of the donor database (DonorPerfect), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates - Maintain and manage donor records for individuals, corporations, foundations, and government partners - Process and record donations, pledges, grants, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions - Perform data quality control, standardization, segmentation, coding, and reporting - Track donor giving history, engagement interactions, and stewardship touchpoints - Coordinate database cleanup projects and ongoing system updates - Process daily gifts, generate acknowledgments and tax receipts, and track pledge payments - Reconcile gifts with the Finance department and main...
