Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $44,200 - Midpoint: $55,300 (Salaried E6) Department/Organization: 820601 - UREC Administration: Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some evenings & weekends required Job Summary: The Membership Coordinator oversees a membership program. Coordinates member relations and provides customer/patron services to members. Develops annual goals and monthly income projections. Additional Department Summary: The Membership Coordinator oversees and supervises the daily operations of UREC Membership Services, including the main office at the Student Recreation Center and additional UREC facilities or other campus locations. Oversees all membership enrollments, policy administration, member relations, customer service and point of sale operations, class/program registrations, locker rentals, revenue accounting and reporting, and the hiring, training, and supervision of membership desk staff. Assists in facilitating updates for recreation management software as needed, under the supervision of the Director of UREC Services.
