Position Summary: The Modeling Manager supports survey, laser scanning, and drone operations by producing high-quality CAD, BIM and REVIT deliverables. This role leads Scan-to-BIM, Survey-to-BIM, CAD production, and survey layout support, bridging field data with downstream design and construction workflows. The position combines hands-on production with technical leadership and quality control. Salary Range: $110,000-140,000: Essential Responsibilities: Lead, train, mentor, and supervise local team in support of project delivery. Develop BIM and CAD models from survey data, laser scans, and photogrammetry. Produce Scan-to-BIM and Survey-to-BIM deliverables at required LOD. Prepare layout-ready models and drawings for robotic total station workflows. Coordinate with survey, scanning, and UAV teams to ensure proper data capture. Perform scan registration and processing. Perform quality control on models and drawings. Support BIM coordination and client model review meetings. Develop and maintain modeling standards, templates, and libraries.
