YOUR ROLE: As a Transport Operations Administrator with our team in Berrinba, QLD, you'll provide essential and broad administrative support to the transport operations and management team with all operational activities, to help ensure that we run smoothly day-to-day. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?: Specifically, you will: - Complete routine and ad-hoc data entry of driver worksheets / diaries in our systems - Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to transportation operations - Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to transportation operations - Focus on compliance support (Chain of Responsibility) for the transport function - Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and driver schedules .
