JOB DESCRIPTION: The Inside Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, as well as supporting outside sales representatives to successfully gain new customers. This role includes preparing quotes and proposals, following up on outstanding quotes, processing sales orders, providing customer service and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. The Inside Account Manager will leverage strong communication skills and product knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, address their needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
