Job description

The Patient Financial and Scheduling Specialist is a member of a multi-disciplinary team that coordinates the financial and scheduling of patients seeking care for the management of their pain. Responsible for appointment and surgical scheduling, insurance authorization. Selects and reserves specific equipment for the case scheduled, maintains positive and professional customer relations and seeks client feedback.
