Job Purpose: The Dispensary Supervisor acts as a back-up for the General Manager within the dispensary. This requires complete redundancy in the dispensary responsibilities. The Dispensary Supervisor is the person in charge when the General Manager is not at the dispensary and should have a working knowledge of most if not all parts of the General Manager’s role. Responsibilities & Duties: - Back up all employees (except all accounting functions) when there is a vacancy, sick leave, or vacation. - Fill in for the GM when they are not on site. - Provide checks and balance with the GM as well as other positions within the dispensary. - Learn all daily operations requirements. - Assist in training of new hires within the dispensary environment and workflows. - Stay abreast of all rul...
