Overview Water Mitigation Xactimate Team Supervisor: Roto-Rooter Services Company is a nationally recognized service company. We are currently seeking a results-driven Xactimate Team Supervisor to lead a high-volume water mitigation estimating team at our corporate home office, located in downtown Cincinnati, OH.. This hands-on role is responsible for supervising daily mitigation and remediation estimates and drive individual and team performance through coaching and training. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment, have 1-3 years leadership experience, solid Xactimate knowledge & experience, and be IICRC WRT/ASD/AMRT certified. The salary range for this position is $60,000-$64,000, depending on experience. You will also be provided with company paid parking at a nearby parking facility.
