First and foremost, he or she oversees the school leadership to recruit and retain a full student enrollment throughout the year. With full enrollment, the Superintendent also ensures a quality educational experience for all students. Duties and Responsibilities: Include but not limited to: Domain #1: Promotes the success of all students by successfully monitoring and overseeing the development, communication, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of learning that is supported and demonstrated by the school community.
