Why This Role Matters As Centre Manager on the Gold Coast within the Savills Asset Management team, this role leads the day‑to‑day management and performance of a retail centre, overseeing the onsite team and ensuring the asset is operated to the highest professional standards. Supported by the Portfolio Manager, this is an opportunity to lead a high profile retail asset within one of Australia’s best-known tourist-driven precincts, where no two days are the same and strong centre management can make a meaningful difference to the performance of the asset. The position is accountable for facilities, operations, risk and financial performance, including budgeting, cost control and accurate reporting, while meeting KPIs and management agreement requirements. The role offers broad exposure across operations, retailers, contractors, owners and other key stakeholders, making it well suited to an experienced retail property professional who enjoys being hands on while also leading from the front.
