Job Summary: The Regional Vice President is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the region’s sales, production, distribution, and other activities with the purpose of increasing margins and sales. Is responsible for the growth and success of the region; and ensures the operations comply with Company policies, internal controls, and all applicable laws. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintains and enhances region’s sales policies, directions, and guidelines to standardize high-quality sales processes - Provides GMOs and sales managers’ assistance as required, with knowledge and ongoing advice on how to maximize market potential. - Oversees manufacturing capacity and sales within the region, and assists plants to prepare for changes in market needs and conditions. - Set standards of performance and specific actions that drive sales and profits consistent with the Company’s policy and goals. - Coordinates...
