ROLE DESCRIPTION: The IT Delivery Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for configuring the software product based on specifications provided by consultants, managing integrations with banking services, and providing technical support throughout the delivery cycle. They work closely with internal teams (functional consultants and internal product development teams) to ensure the proper functioning of the implemented solutions, including debugging, developing integration components, and tracking tickets. MAIN TASKS: - Configuring software product setups to be implemented, based on consultants' requests - Debugging code based on reports and anomalies - Developing system integration components for banking services (APIs, middleware) - Monitoring and managing tickets via Help Desk (for product issues) and Jira (for SIT/UAT issues). - Collaborating with developme...
