Reporting into the Senior Strategic Insights Manager, this role sits within an integrated data team alongside a group of analysts and strategists, delivering rigorous, actionable insight across the business. The right candidate will have a passion for using data to track performance, spot trends and inform decision-making. A curious, analytical mind is essential, as is exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a positive, collaborative approach. The role involves collecting and organising data from social media and other platforms to build reports and presentations for ongoing client reporting, as well as contributing strategic insight to new business and strategy proposals. The Insights Analyst will also work with the wider team to respond to ad-hoc client and departmental requests, answer questions and test hypotheses.
