Job DetailsJob Location: Kraft Sports and Entertainment - Foxborough, MA 02035Position Type: Part TimeEducation Level: High School Diploma or EquivalentSalary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 HourlyJob Category: Marketing/Media/PR SUMMARY: The Event Ambassador is responsible for the execution and enhancement of the fan experience by interacting with guests upon their arrival to the stadium for events including Patriots games, Patriots Training Camp, and special events (e.g., Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX, Premier Lacrosse League, etc.). This role will provide an introduction to various elements of event operations and fan engagement. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively welcome and greet guests attending games and events at Gillette Stadium with a friendly demeanor and a smile Provide customer service by educating guests on facilities and event operations Provide guests with utmost care and attention to ensure a first-rate guest experience Assist with the execution of event promotions, to include distribution of premium items Support event staff at all team events by assisting with event setup and teardown, staffing registration tables and interactive stations, and interacting w...
