What Drives Success: The primary functions of the Lead are to act as a support system, lead and monitor employees in the Dynomate department. Responsibilities: - Set up various strip line roll formers without supervision. - Ability to forecast need material to ensure a continuous production line. - Knowledge of metal gauges and types (i.e. Stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized). - Ability to train other employees with the setup of lines. - Adjust lines to specified blueprints/diagrams and read part prints. - Work with the QC department as problems arrive. - Must be able to work within multiple departments and run multiple mac...
