About the opportunity: The Intake Specialist is a support position to both the clinical and administration teams at the Precourt Healing Center. This position plays a vital hands-on role as an initial contact during patient’s arrival to the facility, ensuring a smooth transition to care. This role is the main contact for pre-registration and admit-registration, maintaining professionalism in welcoming patients, visitors, and staff. This position supports the Intake & Admissions Coordinator to ensure a seamless workflow. The Intake Specialist also works closely with the hospital’s Utilization Management/Utilization Review, Admissions, Insurance Verification, and Financial Advisor teams.
