ROW Project Delivery Manager - ( 2601115 ) Position Information The Right of Way Division is looking for a Manager to oversee ROW projects in support of district transportation initiatives. As a ROW Manager, you'll have the chance to foster relationships within the industry and across Districts while leading your team in areas such as right of way acquisition, relocation assistance program management, utility coordination, appraisals, budget oversight, and data and records management.
